The design opens with soft, concentric curves that establish a sense of dimension and fluid movement. It utilizes a sophisticated, natural palette of moss greens, deep teals, and light natural grays to generate its rich, topographical effect.
These organic shapes interact with clean lines to deliver a layered landscape that feels both grounded and exploratory. The textile's tactile variance is achieved through a mix of high-pile and low-pile areas, creating a physical sense of light and shadow underfoot. This composition brings a sophisticated quiet to any shared space, transforming the ground plane into an object of both comfort and contemplation.
Craftsmanship
Each piece in the Redmond collection is hand-knotted in Kathmandu, Nepal by master artisans using time-honored Tibetan weaving techniques. Olympic Volute is constructed with 75% himalayan wool, 25% bamboo silk, achieving a surface that rewards both the eye and the hand.
