Delivery Timelines
- In-Stock Rugs: Shipped within 1-2 weeks.
- Made-to-Order Rugs: Shipped within 6-16 weeks, depending on size and complexity.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

White-Glove Delivery
For large or high-value rugs, we offer white-glove delivery services upon request. Contact us at info@weaverandloom.com to arrange this premium service.

Production Updates
For made-to-order rugs, we provide:
- Real-time updates on your rug’s production.
- Behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the crafting process.
- Details about where and by whom your rug is being made.

Insurance
We fully insure your rug during transit to ensure peace of mind. Should anything happen during shipping, we’ll replace your rug at no cost to you.
