Standard Rugs
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-customized) rugs.
To qualify:
1. Rugs must be returned in their original, unused condition.
2. Rugs must be packaged securely in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
1. Contact us at info@weaverandloom.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive the returned rug and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
Custom and Bespoke Rugs
Custom or bespoke rugs are non-refundable and final sale, as these are uniquely crafted to your specifications.
Sale and Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Items
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@weaverandloom.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Be sure to include photos of the damage for our records.
